Not redline. At sea level I should be able to hold 5-10 beats higher. Once Matt dropped back I eased up a bit. I'm pretty weak menatlly when it comes to 10k.<BR/> One thing you should try is taking a day off but run every day.. <BR/> This morning you would finish your run by 8:00am. Then tomorrow you could run later in the day. The time difference would be ~36 hours.
